If daily maintenance of imported pneumatic motor is carried out

I. service conditions of TSA pneumatic motor:

1. Service power: compressed air (after freeze-drying treatment as the standard)

2. Maximum operating pressure: 7bar (100psi) normal operating pressure: bar

3. Temperature range: -10 ℃~ +70 ℃ can be used only when the power system: special motor is not frozen (frozen)

4. Lubricating oil: the air inlet is fed with oil through the oiler, and ISO vg32 lubricating oil is used, 1 ~ 2 drops per minute

5. Replace and fill lugreasels-1eh grease inside the motor cylinder every year (applicable to gear type and piston type pneumatic motors)

II. Precautions for use:

1. Improper connection of the output transmission axis of the pneumatic motor may lead to bad action and failure

2. In case of motor failure, stop using it immediately and have it checked, adjusted and repaired by professionals

3. The air supply source shall be sufficient to avoid causing the rotating speed to be fast or slow

4. When using the pneumatic motor, the triplet or duplex must be connected in front of the air inlet of the motor to ensure the cleanness of the air source and the lubrication of the motor (except for the oil-free self-lubricating motor)

III. precautions for Piping:

1. The main cause of the failure of the pneumatic motor is that foreign matters such as dust and miscellaneous maintenance substance of the universal testing machine enter the air chamber, so the residual foreign matters in the pipe must be removed with compressed air or other means before piping. The inspection methods are as follows: before connecting the air pipe to the pneumatic motor, please connect the air source, and then hold the air outlet end of the air pipe against a piece of white paper. If there is only a small amount of oil on the white paper, and there is no dust, impurities, moisture, etc., it is the standard air source

2. When using, the original size of the air supply interface of the air motor shall be taken as the piping standard

IV. operation precautions:

1. Check whether the rotation direction is correct (as shown in the figure: 1 refers to right rotation, clockwise rotation, 2 refers to left rotation, counterclockwise rotation, 0 refers to exhaust port, which is applicable to micro pneumatic motor, oil-free self-lubricating micro pneumatic motor and pneumatic tightening assembly shaft), and check whether there is incorrect installation between the driven body and the shaft center

2. For the control and stability of the speed of the pneumatic motor, the thermal setting pressure regulating valve of the adjustable triplet must be adjusted under tension so that the back pressure will not be generated at the exhaust end

3. The motor is not allowed to rotate continuously or at high speed under no-load condition for a long time. When the motor is idling continuously without load, the loss of the pneumatic motor will be accelerated, thus reducing the service life or overspeed damage

4. When working under load (normal use), slowly rotate the air pressure regulator or needle valve speed regulating valve to increase the air pressure to the required number of rotations. If the long-term forced use exceeds the maximum pressure, the pneumatic motor will be damaged, so do not use under overpressure

The work mainly comes from the gas expansion work
