Article 11 Where a printing enterprise accepts a commission to print internal information publications, it must verify and store the "internal information publication permit" uniformly printed by the publication administration department of the people's Government of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the central government and issued by the publication administration department of the local people's government at or above the county level

if a printing enterprise accepts the entrustment to print internal informative publications with religious content, it must verify and store the approval documents of the administrative department of religious affairs of the people's Government of the province, autonomous region and municipality directly under the central government and the "internal informative publications permit" issued by the administrative department of publication

Article 12 Where a printing enterprise accepts a commission to print overseas publications, it must verify and store the approval documents of the publication administration department of the people's Government of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the central government and the legal certificates related to copyright; All printed overseas publications must be transported out of the country, and shall not be distributed or distributed within the country
